Service Description

Our Irrigation Check & Tune-Up is a practical service designed to check that your existing irrigation system is operating correctly and identify any obvious problems before the warmer weather arrives. ​ It is suitable for systems that haven't been used for a while, systems that aren't working properly, or homeowners who simply want peace of mind that their irrigation is ready for the season ahead. ​ What we check We'll inspect and run to test the key components of your existing irrigation system, including:​ Irrigation controller and programmed settings Irrigation stations/zones Pumps, boosters and filters dedicated to irrigation Rain sensors Flow or water meters where fitted Valves and associated hardware Sprinklers and rotors Dripperline Obvious leaks or damaged irrigation components We'll run the irrigation system and check that the stations operate correctly. We'll also carry out a practical walk-over of the system to check that: Sprinklers and rotors are operating and popping up correctly Rotors are rotating Sprinklers are providing water Dripperline is delivering water There are no obvious leaks There are no obvious damaged or disconnected components Each irrigation zone appears to be operating What happens after the check? We'll provide a report outlining what we've found. If we identify repairs, replacement components or potential upgrades, we'll provide recommendations and pricing so you can decide what you'd like to do next. The Check & Tune-Up is intended as an operational check, rather than a detailed assessment of irrigation coverage or water distribution.
